Responsible for the overall construction and management of the sales team
1. Formulate effective marketing strategies, and be responsible for the decomposition of team indicators and the achievement of overall goals.
2. Responsible for establishing in-depth cooperative relations with key enterprises, helping the team solve various problems and challenges in the sales process, and digging into customer needs.
3. Guide the team to maintain customer relationships, form good cooperation, and lead the team to expand new customer resources.
1. College degree or above, more than 8 years of sales industry experience, 5 years or more of sales team management experience;
2. Have strong communication skills, overall coordination skills and complex team management experience;
3. Be able to adapt to work pressure and dare to face challenges, and have a good relationship with customer groups;
4. Has rich sales experience and keen market insight.
Salary: basic annual salary + performance commission, annual salary of 150,000-800,000, negotiable.
